#1 – Houzz
We can’t talk about it enough. Available as a website and an app, Houzz is a free virtual paradise for all things geared around home inspiration and improvement. Boasting a high usability interface, this app lets you save photos, create ideabooks & comments, and lets you browse thousands of images and local professionals.
Mark On Call is a mini-room designer, all-in-one app. Designed to make space planning a little easier allowing you to create rooms using square footage and place in furniture at the correct scale. #3 – Palettes
This app is all about color. How many times have you taken a picture to capture inspiration for color? This app allows you to pull that exact color from the photo itself. This is a great way to pull color palettes together and create new color schemes for your next project, whether it be choosing your exterior color or just repainting a piece of furniture. And the best part is its FREE!
#4 – inchCALC
Its the simple apps that sometimes are the most helpful. The inchCALC for example is one of those apps. Simply convert feet and inches into decimals. Calculating square footage is a breeze with this simple calculator layout. Makes measuring easy!
#5 – Dropbox
Dropbox is an app created for file-sharing that allows you to upload files, send, and share them with a link, and even access them remotely. Allowing you to upload larger file formats, you can access any files anywhere on your iPhone or iPad. Dropbox allows you to always be prepared with all your files readily available.
